We will remember them
TRIBUTES have been paid to a “heroic” Lancashire care worker who has died after a near month-long battle with coronavirus.
Ricardo Bonsato, 54, known as Ricky, contracted the virus in early May.
He had been working as a carer at a home in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancs. He left behind wife Mae and children Ciream and John.
Another care-home worker, described as “kind and bubbly” and as “our Angel of the North” by friends also died.
Sandra Huggan worked at a care home in Newcastle for almost 30 years. The 64-yearold died after suffering a heart attack and leaves behind husband of 44 years, Ken.
