LOCKED UP Frank Moe

A RETIRED detective has linked a convicted killer to several unsolved deaths.

Frank Moe, 65, who is deaf and mute, is serving life in prison for the killings of Peter Armstrong, 56, and Rosella Middleton, 83, in Birmingham in 1992.

He also faced trial for a murder in 1975 but was ruled unfit to enter a plea.

The anonymous ex policeman has called for other unsolved crimes to be re-examined – including the slayings of 72-year-old Harry Smith, wife Mary and son Harold in 1992.

He also raised questions over the deaths of seven elderly men found in the Grand Union Canal.

He said: “DNA technology has moved on to such an extent. I’d put Moe in the mix and see what happens.”

PRINCE Andrew will be permanently axed from public duties after his links to paedophile Jeffrey Epstein brought shame on the Royal Family. many of Andrew’s patronages severed links with him following the car-crash grilling from Emily Maitlis.

And senior military officials have called for him to be “faded out” from his honorary appointments, saying he is an “embarrassment to the armed forces”.

American Virginia Giuffre alleges she was coerced by convicted sex offender Epstein into having sex with Andrew when she was 17, one of three times she claims she was intimate with him.

Ms Giuffre, then called Virginia

Roberts, was photographed with the prince that year. He has vehemently denied ever having any sexual contact with her.

Since his fall from grace Andrew has suffered further embarrassment.

Last month it emerged he and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson are being sued by a former pal for £6million, allegedly owed for their ski chalet in the Swiss resort of Verbier, bought in 2014 for about £18m.
