JOSE JOINS FIGHT FOR £22M HENDO

TOTTENHAM have joined the chase for £22million-rated Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson. Sheffield United and Chelsea are also keen, but Spurs boss Jose Mourinho wants England hopeful Henderson (left) to scrap with Hugo Lloris for his No.1 spot.

The Special One helped launch the Whitehaven-born keeper’s career by loaning him out to the Blades while he was in charge at Old Trafford in 2018.

But if Henderson, 23, quits United, his preferred destination would be Bramall Lane so he could be closer to his family.
