COMET Neowise streaks over Blackpool Tower, to the delight of summer evening stargazers.

The comet was also snapped lighting up Glastonbury Tor and Dartmoor on its once-every6,800-years visit to Earth.

Neowise will be 64 million miles away at its closest on July 23, best visible at around 2.30am if you look north-east.
