Girl, 16, drug death probe

FOUR people have been arrested after a 16-year old girl died as a likely result of taking illegal drugs.

She died in hospital on Thursday after collapsing in a park in Wimborne, Dorset, on Monday.

A woman in her 20s was arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs.

She and two 16-year-old boys were later released.

A spokesman for Dorset Police said: “A 17-year-old Wimborne boy remains in custody assisting officers with their inquiries.”
