Charity hiker deeply proud
A VETERAN fundraiser conquered the highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales in a deep-sea diving suit.
Lloyd Scott, 58, climbed Ben Nevis in Scotland and England’s Scafell Pike before finishing on Monday with Snowdon in Wales.
His climbs raised £47,000 for youth cricket charity Lord’s Taverners.
It marked the end of a 30-year fundraising career for Lloyd, of Theydon Bois, Essex, which has netted more than £5million.
