“He is in a good moment and the team, too,” said Mourinho, who is likely to name Bale (left) on the bench tonight. “Which attacking player is not playing well? Nobody. I think it’s good fun to be an attacking player in our team. I am enjoying it too but I’m sad for the empty stadiums. I think Tottenham fans appreciate quality players, attacking players, an attacking style. They would enjoy being here to watch it.”

“In Real Madrid, I had amazing, amazing attacking players and we managed to build the team in a certain way.
“We have lots of good attacking players here but we need to find that balance. We need to be able to play with all these attacking players and be organised defensively.”
