PABLO AIMING TO BE LETHAL & LEGENDARY

-

PABLO FORNALS’ scoring record suggests the West Ham man is one L of a player.

The Spanish midfielder’s early goal at Anfield was his fourth Premier League strike since a £24million switch from Villarreal 18 months ago – and all have come against teams beginning with L.

Fornals (above) also scored at Anfield last season and has notched two against Leicester. But it was no surprise David Moyes’ side failed to hold on to their early lead – the Hammers have developed a bad habit of letting advantages slip.

Since Moyes returned To West Ham in January, they have conceded 16 points from winning positions, more than any other top-flight side.

EDOUARD MENDY continues to justify Frank Lampard’s decision to splash out £22million for the former Rennes keeper after losing patience with Kepa Arrizabalaga.

The Senegal international has conceded just once in his first six games for the Blues.

By contrast, Kepa let in 14 goals in his last six club outings.
