GUILTY Stephen O’Rourke

A KILLER said he was ready “for Valhalla” before murdering the man he thought killed his brother.

Stephen O’Rourke, 48, stabbed Rocky Djelal, 38, three times in the back at a children’s playground.

Prosecutor Al lison Hunter QC called the savage 26-second attack “chillingly thought out”.

O’Rourke, of Southwark, South London, had said he was ready to kill and to meet the gods in Valhalla.

Another brother, Jason, killed himself in jail while awaiting trial for helping him hide evidence.

The Old Bailey heard O’Rourke blamed Mr Djelal for the unsolved murder of Paddy, 21, in August 2000.

A jury took three days to find him guilty. He will be sentenced later.
