Staff abused over claim fail

A CUSTOMER abused insurance company staff over the phone after his claim was refused.

Martin Goodall, 48, bombarded Aviva staff with over 30 calls a day, threatened to have them arrested and said he would disrupt their AGM.

Bournemouth crown court heard he called the company “fraudsters”.

Goodall, of Wimborne, admitted malicious communication offences.

He got an 18- month community order.
