Police warning after Priyanka visit
POLICE were called in to investigate a possible lockdown breach after the 2000 Miss World Priyanka Chopra visited a hair salon.
The actress, who is living in London with US singer husband Nick Jonas, was spotted on Wednesday at Josh Wood Colour salon in Notting Hill with her mother and dog.
Police said they went to the salon and gave the owner a verbal warning but not a fine.
Priyanka, 38, who has a £17million fortune, is filming romantic drama Text For You in the capital.
She said her salon visit was allowed under rules for movie production because her hair was being coloured for the role.

Her representative said in a statement: “The salon was opened privately for the production and everyone involved had been tested.”
Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport regulations had all been followed.
The statement said: “The paperwork legally permitting her to be there was provided to police, and they left satisfied.”
Under lockdown rul e s “personal care facilities” must stay shut. A police spokeswoman said: “The owner of the salon was given a verbal reminder of the important need to comply with all regulations.”
