I’m sure most of us are happy to see the back of 2020 and we’re hoping for a more “normal” 2021. As the events of last year have taken their toll on our mental health, here are a few tips that could help you stay resilient: 1Find something positive in everything you do. It takes some practice, but the more you do it, the easier it gets and the more positive you’ll become. 2 We all have a fear of not being good enough, but failure is a part of our lives. The way you deal with it is what matters most. So keep trying and trying and you will succeed.

3Don’t be afraid to seek help – counsellin­g can have a negative connotatio­n, but more and more people realise how helpful it can be in giving guidance.

4If you’re eating healthily and working out regularly, keep it up. Remember that exercise helps to release endorphins – the feel-good hormones.
