Joanna can’t really talk about hardship
Am I the only person taken aback at Joanna Lumley saying she struggled with being in debt until she was 32 (Mirror, January 7)? Given that I got married, bought a house and had children in my 30s, I, like the vast majority of people, was in debt for many years longer. Joanna may be a very good actress but she should think more about people who have to live in the real world before making such glib statements.
