Emmerdale’s James Hooton, aka Sam Dingle, has said he “may not take” the Covid vaccine because he’s “pro immune system”.
Firstly, I didn’t realise anyone was particularly ‘pro’ or ‘anti’-immune system. Surely that’s a little like saying you’re pro-breathing? But just what does he think will happen when his un-vaxxed self comes across someone whose immune system isn’t quite as tip top? One suspects they’ll be happy as a Dingle lamb... A Dingle lamb en route to the abattoir. Secondly, isn’t it time the Government beefed up their vaccination campaign slogan?
