SHE had promised to “drink for three” at the Brit Awards to make up for her pregnant, and sober, Little Mix bandmates, and it looks like Jade Thirlwall was as good as her word.
Jade, 28, left the 02 pulling faces and flicking V-signs. A victory salute after Little Mix became the first girl band to win Best Group? Or ordering four more shots?
When she had arrived, Jade had said: “Get the Malibu on the go!”
Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 29, who is expecting with fiance Andre Gray, 29, egged her on, saying Jade would be drinking “shots on tap”.
And Perrie Edwards, pregnant by footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 27, said: “We’re going to live vicariously through Jade.”

Jade had plenty to celebrate after the band’s historic win. Accepting the award, she said: “This award isn’t just for us it’s for the Spice Girls, Sugababes, All Saints, Girls Aloud and all the incredible female bands.”
Geri Horner, 48, of the Spice Girls, who lost to Manic Street Preachers in 1997, sent her congratulations, praising, “Girl Power at the Brits”.
And Nicola Roberts, 35, of Girls Aloud, who lost in 2008 to the Arctic Monkeys and to Elbow in 2009, said: “My girl band heart is very happy that Little Mix won.”
Keisha Buchanan, 36, of Sugababes, who lost to Coldplay in 2003 and The Darkness in 2004, hailed the win, as “Girl Power!”
Dua Lipa, 25, who won Album of the Year and best Female Solo Artist, used her speech to the audience of key workers to call for “a fair pay rise” for NHS staff.

When A-Rod was this week asked about Lopez being pictured with Affleck so soon after their break-up, he bizarrely replied: “Go Yankees”.
Affleck has had equally high-profile relationships. Before Lopez, he dated Gwyneth Paltrow. After he split from JLo in 2003, he fell for another co-star, Jennifer Garner. They wed in June 2005 and had three children before divorcing in 2018. Other exes include TV producer Lindsay Shookus, former Playboy model Shauna Sexton and Bond actress Ana de Armas.
Last week it emerged Affleck had used the celebrity dating app Raya.
Throughout his relationships, he has openly battled alcohol addiction.
“It was really hard for me to accept I was an alcoholic,” the Argo director said. It did not fail to stop him amassing a £106million fortune – a figure dwarfed by J-Lo’s £283m.
Affleck hinted of his feelings for Lopez earlier this year in an interview, saying: “Where are you keeping the fountain of youth?”
Although reps for Lopez and Affleck refuse to say if they’re together, Hollywood stars have weighed in. Actor Matt Damon said: “It’s a fascinating story. I love them both. I hope it’s true. That would be
awesome.”
