3,800 bones under home of ‘cannibal’
THOUSANDS of bone fragments have been dug up by police under the home of a suspected cannibal serial killer in Mexico.
They believe the 3,787 remains belong to at least 17 different victims.
Named only as Andres by prosecutors due to local laws, the former butcher, 72, has told a court he peeled the face off one alleged victim because she was “very pretty”.
The grisly claim came during a four-hour hearing in Mexico City where he is charged with killing the wife of a policeman.
Identity cards and other possessions from people who disappeared years ago were also found at the property he rented out.
