RICHARD HANNON can close in further on his father’s tally of 32 Royal Ascot winners by taking the Coventry Stakes (3.05) with GISBURN.

Fourth to Berkshire Shadow on his initial outing at Newbury, Gisburn took another step forward upped in trip to six furlongs for his second run, powering home by six and a half lengths at the same track.

He made all, well drilled from his initial run, and can give Hannon Jnr (above) his 24th Royal success.
