One stop shot for flu and Covid
A BRITISH vaccine producer will try to combine coronavirus and flu jabs into one shot to make booster jabs easier.
The Government-backed £215million project could mean combined jabs from next year as the country learns to live with Covid-19. The Vaccine
Manufacturing and Innovation Centre in Oxford hopes to produce 70 million doses in five months.
Chief executive Matthew Duchars said: “People need one shot for flu and one for Covid. If you can put them all into one, then that’s preferable.”
