A PEDESTRIAN with a jerry can in a carrier bag waits at a petrol station as traffic jams prevented drivers from getting on to forecourts yesterday.
The crafty customer in West London filled his can while another had used a Santander hire bicycle to get to a garage – and must have had a precarious ride home carrying a fuel container.
