Fancy £139m? Eurnotalone

Winner could be richer than Bond star Dan

- BY ADAM ASPINALL

ONE lucky winner could walk away with a whopping £139million in tonight’s EuroMillions draw.

The jaw-dropping jackpot would make a single winner richer than James Bond star Daniel Craig, worth £135m, according to The Sunday Times Rich List.

For a Bond-style drive, they could easily snap up the new £700,000 Aston Martin Valhalla which features in the latest instalment,

No Time To Die.

They would also beat the combined wealth of Manchester City midfielder Raheem Sterling, worth £38m, and United’s Paul Pogba, at £64m. And they would take fourth place on the National Lottery’s Rich List – and be this year’s biggest EuroMillions jackpot winner. However, they would be £31m shy of the UK’s biggest ever win, in which an anonymous EuroMillions ticket holder got £170.2m in 2019. Colin and Chris Weir, of Largs, North Ayrshire, became one of Britain’s wealthiest couples when they won over £161m in 2011. In 2012 former postie Adrian Bayford, from Suffolk, landed £148.6m alongside his wife Gillian. And in 2019 Patrick and Frances Connolly from Moira, Co Down, had the best New Year’s Day ever when they scooped just short of £115m. Camelot’s Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: “Friday’s jackpot is a staggering amount and one winner could be walking away with the lot.”
