Dossier on missing RAF man Corrie
POLICE have prepared a 30-page dossier of theories on the fate of RAF gunner Corrie McKeague, who vanished after a night out.
Investigators believe the 23-year-old climbed into a bin which was then tipped into a waste lorry in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
Police are said to have ruled out other theories.
But a pre-inquest review was told the Suffolk force have prepared a 30-page document of alternative theories about his disappearance in the early hours of September 24, 2016.
Peter Taheri, counsel to the inquest, said Chief Supt Marina Ericson, of Suffolk Police, had prepared a “statement on alternative hypotheses”.
A full inquest next March will look at the bin theory and police search.
