WILL SHE DUMP ME FOR BEING TOO KEEN?

I’ve started seeing an amazing girl I met online. There’s so much chemistry between us and I really think it could develop into a serious relationship.

My worry is that I’m coming over as too keen and my friends have even suggested she’ll lose interest if I’m “too available”.

I text and email her a lot and agree to everything she wants to do. I just really like her and want to show her that I’m taking things seriously. I haven’t dated anyone I’ve really liked for a long time and want to get it right.

Am I being too needy?

I think it’s important to be honest with a partner right from the start and you’re being honest about how you feel.

She’ll tell you if things are going too fast or if she feels bombarded by texts. This is an exciting stage of the relationship and I think it’s normal to be keen to be in touch all the time.

As long as you’re both happy and you’re not sitting around waiting for her replies or worrying if she doesn’t text back instantly, then I think you’re doing OK. Enjoy it.
