POLESTAR 2’S NET GAIN

Polestar is adding Vivaldi web browsing to the infotainment system that’s specified for its

Polestar 2 model.

This will enable owners to surf the internet via the 11-inch central display in their cars.

Fortunately, there are some restrictions such as browsing not being possible when the car is moving – and streaming will continue with audio only. I’ve never seen the point of web access in cars, but with electric motors like the Polestar 2 it’s a different matter.

There will be times when you’re using a public charging point and, when others are too, fill-up times can be much longer than planned. Rather than getting fat drinking coffee and eating sticky buns you could entertain yourself in the car.
