MINI MAGIC

I love hot Minis. The original, not the BMW ones. And this one looks a belter: it’s the Mini Remastered Oselli Edition produced by David Brown Automotive.

The car features a 125bhp A-Series engine and five-speed gearbox both supplied by legendary Mini tuners Oselli in Oxfordshire. Buyers have the option of choosing four seats or doing away with the rear seats and replacing them with a padded roll cage.

Each car takes 1,400 hours to build and only 60 will be made. A slight snag is that they cost upwards of £98,000. I think for that money I’d build my own car starting – as David Brown Automotive does – with a brand new Mini bodyshell.
