Wray’s horror injury

- BY ALEX SPINK

SARACENS are resigned to the loss of Jackson Wray for a lengthy period after scans confirmed a fractured skull.

The long-serving forward (below) suffered the injury at Northampton when he clashed heads with a team-mate.

Sarries boss Mark McCall said: “Jackson spent the night in hospital on Sunday. He’ll see a specialist, but I assume he’ll be out for a decent period of time.” Owen Farrell is set to return to club action before the Six Nations, when Saracens play London Irish on January 23.
