Pals trapped in closed Aldi

TWO friends were left locked inside an Aldi store after hours when the staff shut up shop for the night.

Sarah Sinclair, 27, popped in to buy milk and bread with her boyfriend’s brother Luke Miller, 25.

She said: “I started to think, ‘where’s the staff?’ I was laughing so hard I thought I would pee.”

They escaped after calling police, who told them to try the fire doors.

The store manager in Redcar, North Yorks, offered flowers as an apology.
