My wife and I had a heart-to-heart the other night and she admitted she found sex boring, that it’s hard for her to get turned on any more and that she’s even faked orgasms because she doesn’t want to hurt my feelings.

My confidence has taken a battering and now I don’t want to attempt sex any more and don’t know where to go from here.

We love each other and we’re good parents to our two young children, but our sex life is clearly a problem.

I’d love any advice you can offer.
