WALES moved to curb alcoholrelated disorder by ordering bars to be closed during the second half of this year’s Six Nations matches at the Principality Stadium.

The decision comes as the WRU address reports of antisocial behaviour during the Autumn Nations Series games earlier this season.

Two intrusions onto the pitch were accompanied by some poor behaviour at the 74,000-seater venue (left).

So, when Wales welcome Scotland on February 12, fans can’t buy a drink as the second half kicks off. WRU chief executive Steve Phillips said: “It’s the right thing to do.”
