MANCHESTER UNITED are increasingly confident of appointing Mauricio Pochettino as their new boss this summer.

The former Tottenham coach (right) – currently in charge at Paris Saint-Germain – has been wanted by United for several years and finally looks likely to take over at Old Trafford.
