VLADIMIR Putin’s alleged mistress has reappeared in Moscow, after rumours she was hiding at a Swiss bolthole or a Siberian bunker. Alina Kabaeva, 38, left, was seen at an event. Photos of her sparked rumours she has had cosmetic surgery. One magazine said her face has “really changed”.
