PAUL INCE urged his side not to fall at the final hurdle.

Reading will be guaranteed to beat the drop if they win today at the MKM Stadium after a run of just one defeat in seven games.

Caretaker boss Ince said: “We know that one more win and it will be game over. But there’s still a job to do here. We’re not safe yet.

“My job here has always been to see this through and keep this club in this division.

“I’ve believed we can stay up since the day I got here. When I was asked to take over the role, you always analyse the squad and the players, and the challenge you might have ahead of you.

“When I got here, these players were talented individuals but individuals. Now they are a team. And I love seeing it.”
