Isaac a green champion at age of just 4
A FOUR-year-old litter picker is to get an award for his dedication.
Isaac Thompson clears up litter three times a week with mum Jade.
Lewisham council in South London will give Isaac a Green Champion award at a community litter pick in August.
Jade, 27, a teaching assistant, says she and her son clean up Catford’s streets for an hour at a time and refuse to go home until their bags are filled.
She added: “Isaac doesn’t like it when people throw rubbish on the floor – he says it makes the Earth sad. We’ve started calling him the Lord of Litter. He even has a highvis that says it.”
Lewisham councillor Louise Krupski said: “Isaac is an inspiration to us all.”
