MILLIONS of Apple and Samsung phone users could get up to £17 compensation payouts thanks to consumer group Which?

The group says around 30 million UK residents paid too much for their smartphones because chip maker Qualcomm overcharged the phone manufacturers it was supplying.

If Which? wins its claim, customers should receive the payment automatically.
