Riddle of policing a sneaky piddle
The city of Vigo in north-west Spain is to hand out £645 fines to anyone caught peeing in the sea, or as they put it, practising “physiological evacuation”. How they plan to police this issue is not yet clear.
Maybe they will launch underwater drones like mini-submarines into the sea, have undercover cops in snorkelling gear or pay grasses to report anyone taking a sly pee. I wonder, if it proves popular, whether this Tory government will introduce something similar.
Or have they taken the p*** out of us so much we’ve got nothing left to physiologically evacuate.
