WHAT IS IT? Brachydactyly
In Greek, brachydactyly means “short digits” (fingers and toes). It’s a congenital condition where a person’s fingers and toes are much shorter than average, particularly when compared to the size of their body.
There are many types of brachydactyly affecting different fingers and toes.
For most people, brachydactyly won’t have an effect on their everyday life.
