Half of Brits find summer love on hols
MORE than half of Brits have had a holiday romance, a study found.
And 60% of those extended their break to be with their partner longer.
The study by sun cream makers Piz Buin found 73% of people kept in touch after the holiday.
Living in the moment, being excited and being spontaneous were the top reasons tourists gave for having romances.
But cheesy chat-up lines and wearing socks with sandals are among the turn-offs for those looking for love in the sun.
Sex and intimacy expert Charlene Douglas teamed up with Piz Buin for the firm’s Get It On campaign.
She said: “Summer brings a new confidence for many and a chance to put ourselves out there.”
