WHAT COFFEE DRINKERS NEED TO KNOW: Could coffee help you live longer?
We’ve known for a long time that drinking coffee can improve your health and you don’t have to drink that much.
Now a study has found a couple of cups of coffee a day could cut the risk of early death by up to 31%. Researchers from Southern Medical University in China, studying 171,000 Britons, found coffee drinkers live longer than non-drinkers.
They say chemical compounds in coffee reduce inflammation, aid metabolism and improve insulin sensitivity. All good.
