Kal is City’s Haaland key

A LOT of people have used Jack Grealish as an example that Kalvin Phillips won’t get anything like the game-time at Manchester City that he did at Leeds – but I disagree.

In fact, I fancy him to be a crucial component in getting the best out of Erling Haaland with his ability to win the ball in midfield and wing 30-yard passes into a striker’s path.

The pair’s partnership could be a real key for City and perhaps a development in the way Pep Guardiola’s team plays.
