Covid is down across the UK

-

COVID-19 infections have fallen in all four UK nations for the first time in nearly three months.

Random swab testing suggests 1.5 million Britons had the virus in the week to November 1, down 18% from the previous week.

The Office for National Statistics said: “Infections have decreased in all age groups in England.

“There was also a decrease among older ages in Wales, though the trend is uncertain in Scotland and Northern Ireland.”
