O’Neil: I’ll manage just fine

- BY ALEX CROOK

GARY O’NEIL admits he is still in the dark over his Bournemouth future – but says his stint in interim charge has given him the managerial bug.

O’Neil (above) knows today’s visit of fellow strugglers Everton could be his last game as Cherries boss.

But the 39-year-old, who is attracting interest from Luton, said: “I am working to be a manager every day. The work I do is not a secret, the whole world is watching, so I don’t feel the need to go and do anything to influence people giving me jobs.

“I have at least one more game, so I am going to enjoy it. I believe I will be a manager for the next 20 years. I’m ready and can manage a group.”
