De Gea gets Spain el bow

DAVID DE GEA and Kepa Arrizabalaga have been left out of the Spain World Cup squad – but fellow Premier League goalkeepers Robert Sanchez and David Raya have made the cut for Qatar.

And, as well as the KO for De Gea (right), there is no place in the 26-man party for Liverpool midfielder Thiago, who has not featured since last summer’s Euro finals.

There are five Premier League players in total in Luis Enrique’s squad.

Manchester City duo Aymeric Laporte and Rodri have been included as well as Chelsea’s veteran defender Cesar Azpilicueta.
