MORRISONS is permanently cutting prices on half the hot dishes in its cafes.

The supermarket has cut prices on meals such as fish and chips, which was £7.99 and is now £6.99. A full English breakfast – including Scottish, vegan and vegetarian options – is now £5.99, down from £6.99.

A bacon and sausage sandwich was £3.49 and is now £2.99. And a burger that was priced at £6.99 now costs £5.99.
