PM promises to publish his full tax return
RISHI Sunak has promised to release his full tax return, lifting the lid on his enormous wealth.
Mr Sunak, who is at the G20 summit in Bali, said: “That is the precedent and I’d be very happy to follow. I will figure out the right way that happens.”
The PM and his wife Akshata Murty have a £730million fortune, more than twice that of the King.
He faced a backlash when Chancellor after it emerged his wife did not pay UK taxes on her overseas income. Ms Murty later said she would.
Earlier this week Mr Sunak refused to reveal if he has private healthcare.
