£500 MORE ON DUAL FUEL BILL

DUAL fuel bills are set to rise by another £500 in April after the Government lifted the energy price guarantee to £3,000. It means average annual gas and electricity costs for a typical household will have nearly trebled in just two years. Money Advice Trust boss Joanna Elson said soaring bills “will take an enormous toll on the nation’s personal finances”.
