SCOTLAND boss Gordon Strachan said he had to change his side to face England after his leading players begged not to be rested. He had intended to leave out several men who appeared in the Euro 2016 qualifying win over the Republic of Ireland, but they were keen to beat Roy Hodgson’s men at Celtic Park. In the end, England won 3-1 in the friendly clash, with Wayne Rooney scoring twice.
