Claud’s tears at TV Traitors’ twists
CLAUDIA Winkleman says hosting new murder-mystery reality show The Traitors was so intense she was in tears by the end.
And the Strictly Come Dancing presenter claimed her tweedy costumes for the show – set in a castle in the Scottish Highlands – made her look “like Princess Anne crossed with Ronnie Corbett”.
The 10-part series features 22 players who are all “faithfuls” apart from three “traitors”.
Every night, the traitors “murder” a faithful – as the faithfuls try to vote out the killers for a potential £120,000 prize pot. Mum-of-three Claudia, 50, became immersed in the twists and betrayals and felt crushed when it ended. She said: “I was sobbing. Inconsolable.”
