Vulcan plane to roar again
AIR enthusiasts have another chance to hear the engine roar of the last Vulcan bomber to fly.
The Cold War-era XH558, now at Doncaster Sheffield Airport, will be dismantled and moved to a location to be confirmed.
A ground run on Sunday, witnessed by hundreds of fans, was thought to have been its last hurrah.
But the Vulcan To The Sky Trust says it is confident the plane will be fired up again before it is taken apart to be moved.
