Bus lover has tattoo tribute to fave route
A BUS fan has got a tattoo of their favourite service.
Elliott Colvin, 25, loves the 192 route so much they got it inked on their arm.
They joke that they and partner Wil Saunders, 36, spend “most of their life” on the service, which runs between Manchester and Stockport.
Wil “encouraged” Elliott to take their enthusiasm for buses to the next level.
Elliott, of Reddish, Stockport, said: “It’s a bit nerdy, but I’ve always been into transport.”
The couple’s first flat together was in Longsight, which is on the 192 route, as is their current home.
Elliott said: “It’s a staple part of Stockport, there’s an unwritten love for the 192. People joke about it but it’s the most reliable bus. It’s an icon.”
