WHY IS SHE IN TOUCH WITH EXES?

MY girlfriend is really good friends with her exes. They talk on the phone and text each other four or five times a week. I am extremely uncomfortable with this and am happy to admit that I’m superjealous too.

I also stay in touch with my exes but not frequently as I feel the past should remain the past.

However, she says that as long as she isn’t cheating with them she should be able to stay in touch with her exes who are now “just friends”. Everyone I talk to says I should just deal with it or leave.

We have had countless talks on this matter and she has toned it down a bit when it comes to speaking to them, at least that’s what she says.

I don’t want to end something that is almost perfect. Do you think I am being a controlling, jealous paranoid freak or is what she’s doing normal?
