Jess would Rather Be a Girl Guide
POP star Jess Glynne was among a stellar line-up who joined Scotland’s Girl Guides for a special Tartan Gig.
The line-up also included Louisa Johnson, Pixie Lott, John Newman, JP Cooper, Birdy, Five After Midnight and host Cel Spellman.
Around 8000 Girlguiding Scotland members age 10 and up took over The SSE Hydro for the concert on Saturday.
Rather Be star Jess said: “It was so inspiring to see so many girls coming together to sing, dance and have fun.
“My advice to all the girls out there is to not let worrying about what other people think stop you from being yourself and doing what you love.”
Pixie added: “It’s brilliant to see Girlguiding Scotland are still giving girls a space to be themselves, have fun and reach for the stars.”
